a: Determine whether the internal preload is in a normal state before using
Inspection methods:
1. Pointer is not at zero, and there is left pre-pressure
2. Manually check the pressure gauge and the body will turn
Not rotating means there is left pre-pressure. Otherwise, if it’s rotating, that means there is no pre-pressure.
b: Clamping Force Gauge restore the preload method
1. Remove the B plug.
2. Loosen the A lever and loosen it again.
3. Push the A lever inwards (so that the oil level is reduced).
4. Then R68 hydraulic oil from the B hole to fill, after the first plug into the plug.
5. Then tighten the A lever, then C gauge pointer will move up.
When the A-rod fully tightened when the pressure is the most appropriate indication should be between 10kg ~ 30kg, if more than 30kg, then the B plug will be unbeatable internal oil micro-oozed to adjust the internal pressure until the pressure the index showed in the range of 10kg ~ 30kg.
c: Clamping Force Gauge reading method
The inner area of the tension meter 10.00875, so when the tension gauge pointer on the pressure data multiplied by 10, the correct tension
Newtons = 98 kg relative to the Newton units shown in the Electronic Rallymeter.
The unit of pressure shown in this product is 1 kg = 10 kg tension
d: Clamping Force Gauge of the rod to replace the way
1. Clamp the surface of the pressure gauge
2. Turn the A lever (B plug can not move)
3. Replace the new lever and lock
4.Once again check the preload, preload normal can continue to use
